Your payment is protected. When you book, the amount is collected through Razorpay into VouchTails' account and paid out to the provider only after the service is completed. You're never paying into thin air, and providers know they'll be paid for honest work. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and we never see or store your full card or bank details.

Walks come in 30, 45, or 60-minute options tailored to your dog's energy, sitting can be half-day, full-day, or overnight in a loving home, and boarding gives your pet a stay in a host's home while you're away. Pricing is a clear base rate for the service and duration, plus any add-ons, finalized between you and the provider in-app, and you'll always see the full price before you confirm a booking, with no surprises at checkout. VouchTails adds a small platform commission to cover verification, protected payments, and support. What you see is what you pay.

You'll get live updates while your pet is being cared for: think potty and meal updates, a photo or two, and a note on how things went. You book accountable care, and accountability means you actually hear how it's going.

Plans change. We understand. Because your payment is protected until the service is completed, eligible cancellations are refunded according to our cancellation terms, which depend on how far ahead you cancel.
